Capers Early Learning North Lakesoccupancy is continually growing, we are seeking Diploma qualified Educators & an ECT to join our amazing team.

With several available positions for Float, Assistant Educators, Lead Educator & an Early Childhood Teacher, we would love to see how we can support you in your Early Childhood career.

Requirements & experience:
n
Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
n
Early Childhood Teacher (Bachelor Of Education – Early Childhood) graduate diploma or equivalent qualification
n
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework
n
Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other Educators
n
Comfortability in a collaborative teaching environment
n
Duties & responsibilities:
n
Support children's learning through play-based and outdoor experiences
n
Lead or contribute to our Nature Kindy sessions in bushland settings
n
Collaborate with families and educators to create a warm, inclusive environment
n
Be reflective, intentional, and creative in your practice
n
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
n




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, families and the team
n
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children
n
