As a Tax & Business Services Client Manager, you'll manage a varied portfolio of clients across tax compliance and business advisory work, with exposure to a range of industries across regional Australia. This role has real scope to grow as the firm expands.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Prepare and review income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals and self-managed super funds
n
Prepare financial statements and manage compliance obligations (BAS, IAS, FBT, TPAR)
n
Engage directly with clients, building trusted relationships
n
Support, train and mentor junior and offshore team members where needed
n
Work closely with the ATO and other regulatory bodies on client matters
n
n
About you
n
n
Minimum 3–5 years' previous experience in public practice
n
CA/CPA qualified, or actively working towards
n
Experience with agricultural, farming, or rural clients highly desirable (but not essential)
n
Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax law and compliance requirements
n
Excellent communication skills — comfortable talking directly with clients
n
A genuine can-do attitude — you make things happen rather than waiting to be asked
n

Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously, particularly if working remotely
