What the Role Looks Like on Site
n
You will be part of a maintenance team responsible for the performance and reliability of refrigeration and HVAC systems across site infrastructure.
n
n
Work safely in line with site procedures and permit systems
n
Take ownership of maintenance tasks from start to finish
n
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
n
Maintain a professional standard on and off shift
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Maintenance and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems
n
Servicing of split systems, ducted systems,



and packaged units
n
Installation of new systems
n
Fault finding and diagnostics on refrigeration and air-conditioning systems
n
Preventive and corrective maintenance execution
n
Refrigerant handling and environmental compliance
n
Working within site permit and isolation systems
n
Supporting site infrastructure including camps and facilities
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Trade qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic
n
Experience in mining, industrial, or heavy industry environments
n
Strong fault-finding and maintenance capability
n
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
n
Ability to work within structured site systems
n
n
Mandatory Requirements

Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Trade Qualification
n
Refrigerant Handling Licence
n
QLD Restricted Electrical Licence
n
Full Australian working rights
n
