We are currently looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at EMF North Lakes.
n
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience and will become an integral part of our day-to-day reception and sales operations.
n
You will assist the Club Manager with all aspects of club operations, including member engagement, club tours, membership sales, administration, social media, retail sales, member outreach, and maintaining a clean and welcoming club environment.

Confident, energetic and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for working with people.
n
Fitness industry experience is preferred but not essential.
n
A welcoming and positive attitude with the ability to build solid rapport with members and guests.
n
Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
n
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
n
Strong communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
n
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
n
Ability to follow sales processes from initial enquiry through to membership sign-up.
n
Willingness to assist with cleaning, equipment maintenance and overall club presentation to ensure the facility always looks its best.
n

Eligibility Requirements

n
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
n
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
n
Strong administration and customer service skills.
n
Previous fitness industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
