We specialise in remedial waterproofing, protective coatings, concrete remediation and technical asset protection solutions, delivering high-quality workmanship backed by strong systems, experienced project management and clear communication.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Remedial Waterproofer to join our team.

About the Role
n
Working across commercial, industrial and government projects, you will be responsible for carrying out remedial waterproofing works to the highest standard while working alongside a skilled and supportive team.
n
This position will commence as a casual role for an initial three-month period, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position based on performance, reliability and team fit.
n

Commercial buildings
n
Schools
n
Government facilities
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Installation of remedial waterproofing systems across a variety of substrates
n
Surface preparation including grinding, scarifying, cleaning and concrete repairs
n
Application of sheet membrane, liquid membrane, cementitious and polyurethane waterproofing systems
n
Crack injection and remediation works (desirable)
n
Joint sealing and detailing
n
Reading and interpreting project specifications and drawings
n




Identifying defects and recommending suitable remedial solutions
n
Ensuring works are completed to Australian Standards and manufacturer specifications
n
Maintaining a protected, clean and organised work environment
n
Liaising professionally with clients, builders and project managers
n
Supporting apprentices and junior team members where required
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Demonstrated experience in remedial waterproofing
n
Sound knowledge of waterproofing systems and application methods
n
Experience working on commercial construction sites
n
White Card (mandatory)
n
Current Driver Licence (mandatory)
n
Ability to work independently and within a team
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
Excellent problem-solving skills
n
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
n
n
The following would be highly regarded:

Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing (or equivalent experience)
n
Working at Heights
n
EWP Licence
n
Confined Space
n
First Aid
n
Experience with protective coatings and concrete remediation
n
MR Licence
n
n
Interstate travel may be required from time to time.
