Finance lead on the Netsuite ERP implementation

Company Background
n
Our client is a privately owned Australian manufacturer operating in the premium design space. They are currently in the middle of a Netsuite implementation and are looking for an experienced finance systems manager / senior systems accountant to lead and take ownership of the finance workstream.

The Role
n
This role will accelerate the implementation on a project basis, focusing on:
n
Own the finance workstream for the Netsuite implementation, and act as the finance representative across the business
n
Configure the chart of accounts, and GL structure to align with reporting needs
n
Design and build finance reporting, templates and processes
n
Lead UAT and end-to-end testing for finance
n




Document current finance processes and deliver training to the existing team to support go-live
n
Partner with Operations, Customer Service and the SLT to ensure the system supports broader workflow requirements
n
Your Background
n
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experiences:
n
Immediate availability – short notice (less than 2 weeks' can be considered for the right candidate)
n
Experience implementing / supporting a Netsuite ERP roll-out
n
Strong experience and background knowledge of finance processes and accounting
n
You can be open to both full-time and part-time working arrangements
n
Experience within a product-based environment is highly regarded
