We are seeking an Administrator to join our BTP team in Mt Thorley. If you're organised, detailed, focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

About the Role
n
The prime focus of this role is to ensure the delivery of day-to-day Administration Support for the Field service department and Operations. This role reports directly to the
NSWOperationsManagerof
Mining Services at BTP.
n
Key Requirements
n
n
Must hold a current Drivers Licence
n
2-3 years' experience within Administration preferred.
n
Ability to engage with customers and suppliers
n
Accounts/ Invoicing
n
Data entry, archiving and scanning.
n
Maintenance and accuracy of the capacity calendar
n
Booking inductions/ assisting site access
n
Ability to problem solve, assist, guide and improve process.
n




Communicates professionally and effectively to all stakeholders (internal and external).
n
Proactive, highly motivated with a collaborative team-orientated mindset.
n
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Intermediate - Advanced Word skills; as well as, Intermediate - advanced Excel.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
n
Ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills.
