About the role
n
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in B2B sales. You'll be trained and mentored directly by our National Sales Manager, learning how to find new business, build relationships and manage customer accounts in a robust and stable industry.
n
You'll split your time between our Dandenong South head office and out on the road meeting customers. As a growing business, we're committed to developing our people — your progression here will be driven by your results, your skills and the opportunities you create.

A current driver's licence is required for this position due to travel between client sites and our head office.

What you'll be doing
n
Learning our services, pricing and sales process through structured training
n




Prospecting for new business opportunities, including businesses using competitor waste services
n
Supporting existing customers with quotes, service enquiries and contract renewals
n
Building your own pipeline and keeping the CRM up to date
n
Working alongside our lead generators and sales team to grow revenue
n
Working towards sales targets and KPIs that build as you develop
n
Assisting with tenders and larger contract proposals
n

No industry experience required. We're looking for attitude, drive and a genuine desire to learn.

Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people

Resilient, self-motivated and keen to earn through results

Organised, with the ability to manage your time and follow up

Comfortable with computers and willing to learn new systems
n
Some work experience, retail, hospitality or sales experience is a bonus, but not essential

Australian work rights are required for this position
