About The Opportunity
n
We are seeking a Works Supervisor to ensure service excellence for a large-scale social housing contract by efficiently coordinating, managing, and monitoring subcontractor performance of facility management service delivery for a large-scale social housing contract. This role aims to guarantee the safe, timely, and client-desired delivery of all necessary works, meeting both Programmed Facility Management (PFM) and client quality standards. This permanent, full time role based in Dubbo, NSW, plays a crucial part in the delivery of facility management and contributing to important services for the community.

Key Responsibilities
n

Ensure qualified service delivery meeting client satisfaction.
n
Communicate work updates and commencement dates to customers and service teams.
n
Coordinate works management from planning to completion.
n
Review work status and monitor project expenditure against budgets.
n
Ensure safe, successful, and profitable work outcomes.
n
Assess OH&S; resources and requirements before work commencement.
n




Communicate work requirements, plans, and timelines to staff.
n
Oversee timely resolution of site issues and champion safety culture and compliance.
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in building trades/services or facilities management (or similar) in a supervisor, management, or planning/ scheduling position. You will have a 'can-do' attitude, natural ability for people engagement and passion for excellent service delivery.
n
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
n
n
Demonstrated knowledge of building and construction- desirable.
n
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
n
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
n
Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
n
