Managable Caseload: 4.2 Billable Hours per day
This role is ideal for either an
Allied Health professional looking to upskill into Positive Behaviour Support
, or an
experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
seeking greater flexibility, autonomy and a low-pressure working workplace.
With flexible hours, achievable billable expectations and a strong focus on hands-on client support rather than report-heavy work, you'll have the freedom to structure your day around both your clients and your lifestyle.

Caseload:
Work with adults primarily aged 18 through to their 40s. Client presentations include ASD, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, schizophrenia and forensic cases.
Capacity-Building Focus:
The service prioritises practical, hands‐on support and capacity building rather than placing the emphasis on report writing.
Flexible Working:
Choose your start and finish times, with the option to work a condensed working week. The role combines community‐based work with work‐from‐home flexibility.

Achievable KPIs:
Productivity expectations are approximately 4.2 billable hours per day,



equating to roughly 3‐4 clients per day.

Professional Development:
Receive a $1,000 annual CPD allowance plus PD leave. Additional flexibility may be available for courses that directly benefit client outcomes.
Supervision & Development:
Supervision can be provided for Allied Health clinicians looking to transition into Behaviour Support, as well as experienced BSPs who value regular case discussions and ongoing support.
External Supervision:
External supervision through IABA can also be funded.
MDT Learning:
Access opportunities to learn alongside the broader multidisciplinary team and build your clinical knowledge across different disciplines.
Team Support:
Join an existing Behaviour Support Practitioner within the team, providing opportunities for case discussion, collaboration and shared learning.

Requirements:
Qualification in Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive Behaviour Support
AHPRA Registration
