What's the opportunity?

This isn't a role for someone who likes sitting on the sidelines.

As our Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind service delivery across NWDS. You'll lead a team of passionate leaders, turn big-picture strategy into practical outcomes, and help ensure our participants receive exceptional support every day.
n
One minute you might be coaching a Site Manager, the next you're reviewing operational performance, leading a change project, solving a complex challenge or identifying the next prospect for growth.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Leading and supporting Site Managers across our service locations
n
Building capable, engaged and high-performing teams
n
Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
n




Monitoring financial performance, utilisation and service sustainability
n
Leading projects, change initiatives and organisational improvements
n
Ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational requirements
n
Using data and insights to drive better decision-making
n
Strengthening relationships with participants, families and key stakeholders
n
Helping shape the future direction of NWDS
n
n
What we're looking for
n
You don't need to tick every box, but you'll likely have:
n
n
Extensive operational leadership experience
n
Experience leading multi-site teams
n
Extensive experience ensuring cost-effective operations
n
Strong financial and commercial awareness
n
Knowledge of the NDIS sector
n
A leadership style that balances accountability with support
n
The ability to bring people together and get things moving
n
n
Most importantly, you'll be someone who genuinely cares about people and believes great services start with great leadership.
