WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must have valid working rights in Australia

Experienced Cooks, Demi Chefs, or Chef de Parties ready to take the next step

Passionate about food and eager to keep learning
n
Able to perform consistently in a high‐pressure service workplace
n
Strong skills in prep, section management, and presentation
n
Reliable, organised, and team-focused
n
Someone who wants to progress and build a career, not just work another kitchen job
n
Available to work a 4-day roster
