Key responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects aligned to business objectives

Manage project budgets, resources, financial performance, and profitability
n
Act as a product and domain expert, helping define client requirements and providing guidance to stakeholders
n
Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track
n
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and senior stakeholders
n
Manage change impacts across timelines, cost, resources, and delivery outcomes
n
Collaborate across teams to ensure client needs are understood and successfully delivered
n
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand services
n




Manage third-party providers and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery
n

About you
n
n
6-8 years' relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
n
Strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and customer engagement experience
n
Proven ability to manage project budgets, risk, change, and delivery outcomes
n
Experience working with cross-functional teams and client-facing environments
n
Solid communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
n
PMP Certification highly regarded
