Description

As a Scheduling Officer you will
n
n
Efficiently match skilled staff to clients for individual care plans
n
Ensure staff allocation aligns with availability, contracted hours, and regulations
n
Promptly respond to new referrals and requests
n
Maintain accurate data entry into the client management system
n
Promote a positive organisational image with exemplary customer service
n
Exercise sensitivity and confidentiality in stakeholder support, prioritising client dignity
n
Collaborate with the team for an efficient Scheduling service, addressing inquiries and client requests
n
Manage planned leave and relief staff for scheduled and unscheduled absences
n
Effectively communicate schedule changes to various internal parties
n

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Clear and confident communication, with a friendly and professional manner
