About the Opportunity
n
Pristine Care Solutions is seeking an experienced and well-connected NDIS Growth & Partnerships Manager to develop new referral pathways, strengthen industry relationships and generate new participant opportunities.
n
This role is suited to someone who already understands the NDIS sector and has established relationships across disability, community services, support coordination, allied health, SIL/SDA and related networks.
n
You will have the flexibility to independently build relationships and develop opportunities, while Pristine Care Solutions manages participant onboarding, staffing, service delivery, compliance and ongoing operational support.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and maintain strong NDIS referral pathways
n
Build relationships with Support Coordinators, Recovery Coaches, Plan Managers, allied health professionals, hospitals, SIL/SDA providers and community organisations
n
Identify recent participant and partnership opportunities
n
Generate suitable referrals across Pristine Care Solutions' NDIS supports
n
Conduct stakeholder engagement and networking
n
Represent Pristine Care Solutions professionally within the sector
n
Develop new community and provider partnerships
n
Maintain ongoing relationships with key referral partners
n




Identify growth opportunities within assigned regions
n
Provide regular updates regarding leads, partnerships and business development activity
n
n
Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who already has strong knowledge of the NDIS sector and can independently develop business opportunities.
n
You may have experience as a:

NDIS Business Development Manager
n
Community Engagement Manager
n
Support Coordinator
n
NDIS Consultant
n
Disability Services Manager
n
Allied Health relationship professional
n
n
Ideal Candidate
n
You will ideally have:

n
Existing professional networks within the NDIS sector
n
Strong understanding of participant services and referral pathways
n
Proven relationship-building and business development skills
n
Ability to generate and develop new business opportunities
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Professional and ethical approach
n
Ability to work independently
n
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
n
ABN and ability to work under a contractor arrangement
n
