National Investment Advisory – Melbourne VIC
National Investment Advisory (NIA) is expanding its internal sales team and looking for an exceptional phone-based sales professional who wants to build a serious career in property investment. This is a consultative sales role where you will lead intelligent conversations with warm and high-intent property investment prospects. You will understand prospects' current positions, goals, and barriers, then guide qualified prospects into Strategy Sessions with Property Wealth Strategists.
Key responsibilities
Respond quickly to new inbound property investment enquiries
Conduct a high volume of quality phone conversations
Build rapport and credibility quickly
Conduct structured discovery and qualification
Understand prospects' goals, motivations and barriers
Confidently handle objections and indecision
Book genuinely qualified NIA Strategy Sessions
Confirm appointments and actively protect show rates
Maintain exceptional CRM notes and pipeline discipline
Work closely with Property Wealth Strategists to continually improve lead quality and conversion
About you
Proven experience in phone-based sales, SDR or BDR roles, telesales, appointment setting, property investment, mortgage or finance sales, real estate, high-ticket consultative sales, or professional services sales




Demonstrated track record of working to meaningful targets and consistently performing
Genuinely enjoys selling and is comfortable spending significant time on the phone
Communicates naturally rather than mechanically
Can build trust quickly and asks solid questions
Listens properly and isn't frightened of challenging a prospect
Handles objections calmly and follows up consistently
Competitive and commercially minded
Accepts coaching and takes ownership of numbers
Demonstrates maturity and judgement in adjusting conversations to different prospect profiles
