Based at our Dubbo Concrete Plant, we are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Agitator Driver to join our team. As the face of Boral to our customers, you will play a key role in delivering concrete safely, efficiently and professionally while maintaining our strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence. Your day will involve:

Safely operating an agitator truck to deliver concrete to customer sites
n
Completing daily pre-starts and vehicle inspections
n
Managing slump adjustments and safe concrete discharge procedures
n
Building positive relationships with customers and site personnel
n
Maintaining delivery documentation and compliance requirements
n
Working closely with Batchers, Allocators and Plant teams to ensure efficient operations
n
Demonstrating a robust commitment to Boral's safety values and standards
n
Maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle
n
n
What are we looking for?
n

Current HR licence (essential)
n
A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
n
A customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
n
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n




Flexibility to work overtime and occasional Saturday shifts as required
n
Experience driving heavy vehicles within construction, transport or related industries is desirable
n
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
