Ochre Medical Centre Kotara are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team on a temporary part-time or ongoing casual basis. We need cover for upcoming maternity leave as well as ongoing general staff leave.

Responsibilities

Front desk administration (answering phones, making appointments, processing claims and payments)
n
Liaise with patients and their families, GP's, other health professionals and their staff in a compassionate manner
n
Scanning and updating all patient-related correspondence and results
n
All general reception,



administrative and medical support duties as required
n
Provide ongoing support to GP and practice nurse as required
n
Be a friendly point of contact between patients and the internal clinical team
n
Ability to work independently and as a team
n
Experience in General Practice or Allied Health / Medical Specialist
n
Best Practice software experience highly regarded
n
Strong Customer Service Skills with an ability to work in a quick-paced environment
n
Show initiative and work productively within a team environment
n
Ability to multi-task and prioritise duties
n
Exceptional time management skills
n
Establish and maintain a great rapport with patients and colleagues
n
