We are in the early stages of developing a new gold processingfacility and associated infrastructure at our site near Laverton,WA. We are seeking an experienced
ConstructionSuperintendent
to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of this exciting project.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the constructionof a new gold processing facility, working closely with the EPCcontractor and project team to ensure safe, efficient, andhigh-quality construction outcomes.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the
ConstructionSuperintendent
will be responsible for overseeing site
constructionactivities
and ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, andin accordance with project requirements.
n
The role will provide oversight of the EPC contractor and manageBrightstar Resources' subcontractors across site, ensuringalignment with project schedules, safety standards, and
qualityexpectations.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide day-to-day oversight of the EPC contractor'sconstruction activities.
n




Manage and coordinate Brightstar Resources' subcontractorson site.
n
Monitor progress against project schedules and supportachievement of key milestones.
n
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across allsite activities.
n
Ensure construction works are completed in accordance withproject specifications and quality requirements.
n
Coordinate activities across civil, structural, mechanical,piping and electrical disciplines.
n
Identify and manage construction risks, constraints, andopportunities for improvement.
n
Facilitate effective communication between
contractors,project
personnel, engineering, and commissioning teams.
n
Support mechanical completion, handover and
commissioningreadiness
activities.
n
Ensure compliance with site procedures,
statutoryrequirements
and project standards.
n

About You
n
n
Demonstrated construction supervision experience on mining,mineral processing, infrastructure or heavy
industrialprojects.
n
Strong project delivery experience, ideally within an EPCproject environment.i>
n
Trade-qualified background.
n
Ability to obtain and maintain a Senior Site Executive(SSE) qualification.
n
Proven experience managing contractors and multiple workfronts within a construction environment.
n
Strong understanding of safety management and constructionbest practices.
n
Excellent leadership, communication and
stakeholdermanagement
skills.
n
Experience working on remote mining or resources projectsis highly regarded.
n
