The Principal HR Business Partner is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping SCWA's workforce and workplace culture.

In this key position, you will partner with leaders to deliver contemporary people solutions across complex HR matters, workforce planning, recruitment, capability development and organisational change, while helping build a qualified, collaborative and high-performing Authority.

PLEASE NOTE IT IS A BUSINESS REQUIREMENT FOR THE STAFF TO BE WORKING IN OFFICE FOR A MINIMUM 6 MONTHS WHILE THE SUNSHINE COAST WATERWAYS AUTHORITY IS ESTABLISHED.
