About the Role;
n
n
Conduct training and assessment across a range of safety and construction topics
n
Developing and updating training materials to ensure relevance and compliance.
n
Facilitating engaging and interactive learning experiences.
n
Supporting students with low language, literacy and numeracy.
n
Collaborating with subject matter experts to stay current on industry trends.
n
Providing constructive feedback to enhance the learning experience
n
Ensure training and assessment practices align with RTO and compliance requirements
n
Maintain accurate training records and assessment documentation
n
n
Required Qualifications & Experience
n
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
n
Minimum 3+ years industry experience in a training or leadership role
n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Robust communication and presentation skills
n
Ability to deliver practical, engaging training
n
Experience designing and delivering training aligned to AQF standards
n
Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
n
Current Police Check (or ability to obtain)
n
n
Highly regarded:
n
n
High Risk Work Assessor Licence
n
Correctional centre training experience
