We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our high-performing team! This is your chance to step into a secure, casual role based in Belmore *****), working across Monday-Friday with approximately 2-3 shifts per week (working around 6 to 12 hours per week). Availability across Tuesday-Thursday is highly regarded as these are the busier days of the department.In this role you will be responsible for:
Data entry of auction bids into our Live Online Auctions system
Relaying information to an auctioneer by phone in a timely manner during Auctions, clear confident speaking voice
Auctions are held in real time so a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and quick thinking are a must
General administrative duties associated with the auction process
Liaising effectively with relevant employees at our branches regarding auction bidding
Flexibility in a casual role, with view to be trained in other administrative duties as required

A positive, qualified and engaging phone manner
Meticulous attention to detail
Reasonably fast typing skills ******** words per minute)
