The Opportunity

We're expanding our Rockhampton team and hiring Customer Care Agents to help us keep pace with high demand. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, deliver exceptional service, and convert enquiries into bookings and long-term customers.

What You'll Do

Convert inbound and outbound enquiries into bookings and long-term customers
n
Deliver expert advice and friendly service that builds trust and drives results
n




Hit and exceed daily sales targets with confidence and consistency
n
Log activities accurately in our CRM and track performance
n
Support admin tasks while keeping your focus on conversion
n
Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, high-energy culture
n
Represent Flick with professionalism, integrity, and care
n

What You Bring
n
n
Excellent oral and written communication
n
Sales-driven mindset with strong persuasion and rapport-building skills
n
Tech-savvy and quick learner; comfortable with CRM systems
n
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
n
Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre
n
Prior call centre or sales experience preferred (not essential)
