Your responsibilities will include:
n

Attending customer homes, and completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard
n
Providing professional advice and excellent customer service
n
Communicating clearly with customers regarding faults, repairs and recommendations
n
Completing job reports and service documentation
n
Maintaining your company vehicle, tools and equipment
n
Following all relevant electrical, safety and workplace procedures
n
n
About You:
n
n
We're looking for someone who is technically capable, reliable and takes genuine pride in their workmanship.
n
Previous experience in appliance repair, servicing or a related technical role
n
Restricted Electrical Workers Licence –
Disconnect/Reconnect
n
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n




Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
n
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
n
Experience working across multiple major appliance brands
n
Experience with ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers and other domestic appliances
n
Experience with other major brands is highly regarded. The ability to diagnose faults across different brands and appliance types will be a significant advantage.
