Our client is an established law firm group with multiple offices across Sydney's southwest and beyond, built through the merger of several long-standing local practices over more than a century. They are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to run their own caseload of child and property matters end to end, based at their Campbelltown office.

About the role
n
You'll run a caseload of family law matters end to end, working autonomously across parenting and property disputes, with senior guidance available whenever a matter calls for it.

Managing child and property matters from initial instruction through to resolution
n
Working independently while drawing on a network of Principal lawyers across the group for complex or unusual matters
n
Liaising directly with clients, opposing solicitors and the Family Court where required
n
Some exposure to estate matters available for lawyers keen to diversify
n
n
What you'll bring:
n
n
3 -10 + years PAE in family law, with genuine experience running files independently
n
Current unrestricted NSW practising certificate
n
Solid working knowledge of parenting and property law
n
Confidence managing a caseload without day-to-day supervision
n
Based in or able to commute to Campbelltown
n
$100K-$150K+ | Strict 9-5, genuine work-life balance
n
