The Role
n

Servicing, maintenance and repairs
n
Diagnostics and fault finding
n
Warranty and mechanical repair work
n
Parts ordering and job planning
n
Test driving and quality checks
n
Maintaining workshop safety standards
n
Mentoring apprentices and supporting the team
n
Delivering great customer service and professional outcomes
n
n
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and you'll be encouraged to build your skills across multiple areas of the workshop.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Trade qualified HV Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic
n
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
n
Post-trade industry experience
n




Additional automotive or mechanical qualifications highly regarded
n
Volvo or Mack experience preferred
n
Previous experience mentoring apprentices
n
Team player with a safety-first attitude
n
n

Initial 38-hour week during onboarding
n
Progression to a flat-rate 45-hour week after the first pay period
n
Rotating shifts:n
n
6:00am - 2:00pm
n
2:00pm - 10:00pm
n
n
18% shift allowance applicable
n
