The following opportunities include:
Hours will be between 7am and 7pm (Monday to Sunday).
Must be flexible.
Base hourly rate of $***** to $***** , plus penalties, super and option to salary package
Salary package up to $18,550 per annum - resulting in less tax and higher take home pay for you
Key Responsibilities:
Provide industry leading personal care and domestic assistance services to our clients in their own homes, ensuring their days are filled with smiles
Respond promptly to client needs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
You'll bring:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is required
Must have Current full driver's license and registered car with comprehensive car insurance
A kind heart and genuine interest in helping older persons
A commitment to quality care and service
Be reliable, adaptable and accountable
Act with humility, integrity, respect and understanding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A desire to work independently as part of a dynamic and versatile team
