Key Responsibilities
Load Asphalt via PC:Comfortably use computer systems to manage and dispatch asphalt loads.
Radio Communication:Transparent and professional communication with truck drivers via UHF radio to coordinate moving traffic.
Plant Maintenance:Roll up your sleeves for general maintenance and regular cleaning to keep the plant running smoothly.
Autonomous Work:Confidently work alone during shifts while strictly following site rules and operational procedures.
What We Are Looking For




Communication is Key:Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for managing truck flow and safety cues.
Safety First Mindset:A strong, uncompromised focus on Work Health & Safety (WHS) guidelines.
Tech Literacy:Comfortable using basic PC software for load management.
