Job Description
Vanguard Mining seeks a Sales Manager to own the full sales, proposal and tender lifecycle for mining equipment.
You will identify opportunities, lead technically and commercially sound proposals, negotiate contracts and hand over awarded work to delivery teams.
The role requires an engineering background, ability to read a flowsheet, engage with owners' teams and EPCMs, and deliver qualified tenders with clearly defined scope and risk.
Travel domestically and internationally is expected.
