Queensland Corrective Services in Townsville region is seeking a Human Resources Officer AO4.
You will provide an internal HR consultancy service to line management and staff, oversee rostering, and support recruitment and workforce reporting to inform senior management.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will help develop workforce plans, ensure rostering data integrity, and assist management with payroll and HR analytics, contributing to the centre's strategic objectives.
