El Camino Cantina The Rocks is seeking a talented and passionate Cook/Chef to join our team.
As a member of our culinary team, you will work under the supervision of our Head Chef to assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking
Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and standards
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
Previous experiences in a similar environment
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow as a culinary professional
