As a Support Worker You Will
Support clients in achieving personal and developmental goals
Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
Provide in-home and community-based support to promote independence
Encourage skill development through mentoring and positive role modelling
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisation requirements and relevant guidelines
About You
You will share our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation, and integrity and have:
Transferable skills and/or study in a related field
A strong passion for empowering individuals with a disability




Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
A valid Queensland Driver's Licence and a fully insured vehicle to support clients.
A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
