Tamborine Mountain Distillery is looking for a friendly, confident and engaging person to join ourTasting Room & Cocktail Bar teamon Tamborine Mountain.
This is a customer-focused role where you'll do much more than pour drinks.
You'll welcome visitors, host spirit tastings, prepare cocktails and share the stories behind our handcrafted spirits.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
What You'll Do
Welcome guests and host spirit tastings
Prepare and serve cocktails
Share our spirits and distillery story
Help guests discover products they'll love
Process sales and provide friendly service
Keep the tasting room and bar clean, organised and stocked
Work together with our small team during busy periods
What We're Looking For
Previous bartending and cocktail-making experience
Current RSA
Confident preparing and serving cocktails in a busy environment
Friendly, outgoing and genuinely excellent with people
Comfortable hosting tastings and talking to groups
An interest in spirits and enthusiasm for learning our range
Reliable, organised and able to work well within a small team
Good weekend availability
Reliable transport to Tamborine Mountain
This is acasual role, generally 3-4 shifts per week, with shifts shared across a rotating roster.
The role ismainly weekend work, so you'll need to be available most Saturdays and Sundays between10am–5pm.
Additional shifts may be available duringschool holidays, public holidays and busy periods.
Location
The role is based atTamborine Mountain Distillery on Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast Hinterland.
