Laundry Production Assistants - Immediate Start

Our client is a leading commercial laundry company looking for reliable and hardworking Production Assistants to join their team in Footscray.
n
Previous experience in food production, waste sorting, manufacturing, warehousing, laundry, factory or other fast-paced production environments is highly suitable for this role.
n
Duties include:
n
n
Feeding linen and garments through industrial ironing machines
n
Sorting soiled and clean linen
n
Moving and organising linen around the production area
n
Working to daily KPI and production targets
n
Repetitive handling of linen throughout the shift
n
Keeping the work area clean and safe
n
Following workplace procedures and safety requirements
n
n
To be successful,



you will have:
n
n
Experience in food production, waste, manufacturing, warehouse, laundry, factory or labouring work
n
Comfortable with repetitive and physical work
n
Ability to stand for long periods
n
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
n
Own car and driver's licence, OR live within approximately 30 minutes of Footscray by public transport
n
n
What's on offer:

$32–$33 per hour
n
Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm
n
Full training provided
n
Long-term prospect
n
Stable Monday–Friday hours
