Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with existing and current partners across ANZ, acting as the primary point of contact for partner engagement.
n
Collaborating closely with the Commercial Operations Manager to define, track, and report on partner performance metrics and contract activity.
n
Managing partner contracts, renewals, and payment schedules efficiently and in line with commercial and compliance requirements.
n
Identifying and supporting new partnership opportunities that align with the commercial and strategic objectives.
n
Managing day-to-day team performance, including targets, drivers, and accountability.
n
Leading the Partner Integrations team to deliver seamless, high-quality onboarding and integration outcomes.
n
Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the manager or company.
n
Supporting complex or high-value partner integrations to ensure technical feasibility and accuracy.
n

The Successful Applicant
n
A successful Partner Success Manager should have:
n
n
4-6+ years in senior roles involving partner management, partner integrations, or senior technical leadership roles
n
Proven track record leading cross-functional technical and commercial teams.
n
Experience in healthcare technology, interoperability standards, or related software integration fields
n
Demonstrated ability to manage geographically dispersed teams.
n
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with both technical and commercial partners
n
Strong leadership skills: coaching, mentoring, and team development ( Team of 4+ )
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive reporting
n
n
What's on Offer

Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 AUD + Super + Bonus
n
Permanent position based in Sydney.
n
2 days in the office (Monday is anchor day), 3 days WFH
n
May have to attend Conferences, Partner meetings, Industry meetings Mainly interstate, VIC, QLD and Auckland.
