Manager/Educational

About the Role
n
As our Assistant Centre
Manager/Educational
Leader, you'll work closely with the Centre Director to support the day‐to‐day operation of the service while leading educational practice across the centre.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Mentoring and supporting educators to deliver engaging, play‐based learning programs
n
Leading curriculum development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
Guiding observation, planning, and assessment practices
n
Driving continuous improvement and quality outcomes
n
Supporting compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)



and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
Building strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
n
Assisting with leadership and operational responsibilities across the service
n
Contributing to a positive, supportive, and high‐performing team culture
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys bringing out the best in others.
n
You will have:
n
n
A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Previous leadership experience, or the passion and capability to take the next step in your career
n
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and NQS
n
Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
n
The ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
A current Working with Children Check
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
n
