About the Role
n
In this role you will be the face of our brand! You'll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.
n
What you'll do
n
n
Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
n
Review in detail ABG's various add on's and services as to determine what may best suit the customer
n
Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
n
Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
n
Answering customer questions and inquiries
n
n

What We're Looking For:
n

Afull and valid Australian driver's licence
n
Availability to work arotating roster(including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
n
Experience incustomer service, retail, hospitality, or salesis a plus
n
Ability to work in afast-paced environmentwhile delivering exceptional service

Comfortable usingcomputer systemsto manage bookings and rental information
n
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
n
