Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join our Brisbane team in a role that offers the perfect blend of stability, work-life balance and great coffee. Working a Monday to Friday roster, starting at 7:30am and finishing in the early afternoon, you'll become an important part of our workplace culture. This is more than just a barista role, you'll be the welcoming face of our corporate café, known for delivering exceptional coffee and genuine hospitality. You'll play an important part in creating a warm, professional and engaging experience for our employees, customers and VIP guests.

Crafting consistently exceptional barista-quality coffee and beverages
n
Greeting staff and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
n
Managing coffee orders efficiently while maintaining a high standard of presentation
n
Supporting catering set-up for VIP visits and workplace events
n
Building positive relationships with staff, customers and guests
n

Qualifications / Experience

Previous barista experience and strong coffee-making skills
n
Confidence operating commercial coffee machines and grinders
n
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
n
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
