Clinical Nurse Consultant (Gde 1) - Infection Prevention Unit - Perm PT

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience and approved post graduate nursing qualifications in a field relevant to the specialty field or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the organisation.
n
Describe a time when you led or contributed to an infection prevention and control initiative that improved patient safety or clinical outcomes. What was your role, what actions did you take, and what was the outcome?
n
This role requires collaboration with a range of stakeholders to influence practice and implement evidence-based infection prevention strategies. Provide an example of how you successfully engaged and influenced clinical staff or multidisciplinary teams to achieve a quality improvement outcome. What challenges did you encounter and how did you address them?
