Customer Service & Inventory Coordinator
Kress is a global leader in battery-powered outdoor power equipment and robotic mowing technology. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Service & Inventory Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our inventory and dealer support operations running smoothly — like a well-oiled machine (battery-powered, of course!).
This is an exciting prospect for a highly organised, proactive individual who takes ownership, thrives on keeping things moving and enjoys making a meaningful impact. You'll have the opportunity to shape and influence the role as our business evolves, helping to improve processes and ensure our operations continue to run efficiently.
If you enjoy working with systems, coordinating multiple moving parts and making sure the right products are in the right place at the right time, this could be the role for you. While inventory co-ordination is at the heart of the position, you'll also play an important role in supporting our dealers and customers, helping to deliver a seamless experience from order through to delivery and beyond.
What You'll Be Doing
Inventory & Operations
Keep inventory accurate across multiple locations and warehouse partners
Coordinate stocktakes, reconciliations and investigate any inventory discrepancies
Work with warehouse and transport providers to keep products moving efficiently
Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate records
Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency




Customer Service & Administration
Support dealers and customers with enquiries and order updates
Process and track orders through our ERP and business systems
Manage returns, warranty claims, credits and replacements
Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
Help ensure every customer interaction is positive and professional
About You
Love organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
Bring experience in inventory control, logistics, operations, customer service, or a related role — whether that's across one area or a combination of these
Enjoy solving problems and finding practical solutions
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing demands and deliver results within deadlines
Communicate confidently with customers, suppliers and colleagues
Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is desirable but not essential.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook and other relevant programs.
