PlayPatch Early Learning is seeking an experienced, visionary Centre Manager to lead our beautiful, well-established service in Rothwell.

Reporting to a highly supportive operations team, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations, driving high-quality outcomes, strong occupancy, and an inclusive workplace culture where everyone thrives.

Key Responsibilities

Inspire & Mentor: Lead, support, and develop a dedicated team of educators and centre leaders, fostering a shared commitment to excellence.
n
Cultivate Culture: Drive a positive, vibrant, and highly engaged team culture rooted in collaboration and mutual respect.
n
Deliver Quality: Maintain absolute compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, and child protection standards.
n
Build Community: Foster deep, meaningful relationships with PlayPatch children, families, and the wider Rothwell community.
n
Drive Success: Monitor centre performance, manage occupancy, and oversee financial outcomes with a proactive mindset.
n
Grow the Team: Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous professional development.

Continuous Improvement: Champion creative, high-quality educational practices and continuous improvement across the service.

About You
n
We are selectively looking for a leader who brings the right attitude and mentality to our team. To be successful, you will have:
n

The Right Mindset: A positive, solution-focused attitude, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
n
Proven Leadership: Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Director, Nominated Supervisor, or in a similar ECEC leadership role.
n
NQF Expertise: A rock-solid understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations, and NQS.
n
People First Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to unite teams and delight families.
n
Operational Savvy: Sound knowledge of compliance, safety, and financial workflows within an ECEC environment.
n
Credentials: A current Queensland Blue Card and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
