Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Principal AI Consultant / AI Architect to drive enterprise AI transformation for a leading banking client. This is more than a hands-on AI engineering role—it requires a consultative mindset, robust leadership, and the ability to engage with business stakeholders, define AI strategy, and help customers adopt AI solutions at scale.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of AI/ML experience, with deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI architectures, along with proven experience implementing AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role also requires someone who understands how to position, pitch, and sell AI initiatives, working closely with business leaders to identify opportunities, define ROI, and build AI transformation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives for banking and financial services clients.
n
Engage with CXOs, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify high-value AI use cases.
n
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
n
Architect scalable AI platforms leveraging LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge systems.
n
Drive AI strategy, roadmap definition, and AI adoption across multiple business functions.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
n
Build AI solution proposals, conduct client workshops, and contribute to AI Go-to-Market (GTM)



initiatives.

Present AI capabilities, business value, and ROI to executive stakeholders.
n
Mentor engineering teams and establish AI engineering best practices.
n
Optimize AI models for scalability, governance, security, and Responsible AI compliance.
n
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Mandatory Skills
n
n
10+ years of AI/ML Engineering or AI Solution Architecture experience.
n
Strong expertise in:

Generative AI
n
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
n
Agentic AI / AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems

Prompt Engineering
n
AI Orchestration Frameworks
n
Deep understanding of enterprise AI architectures beyond RAG and MCP, including:

AI Governance

Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or R.

Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar frameworks.

Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
n
Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring, and AI lifecycle management.

Excellent knowledge of software engineering principles, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
