As demand for our equipment continues to grow, we are expanding our production team and currently seeking experienced Welders (First Class) to join us.

About the Opportunities
n
We have multiple full time positions available for qualified and motivated individuals to work within our fabrication team. These roles involve high-quality welding and fabrication of components and assemblies used in our agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Interpret and work from engineering drawings and job cards
n
Fabricate and weld components to a high standard of accuracy and finish
n
Use workshop equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
n
Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet targets and deadlines
n
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
Essential:
n
n




Proven experience in welding or metal fabrication (minimum 1 year)
n
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
n
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
n
Strong teamwork and communication skills
n
n
Desirable:
n
n
Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication)
n
Experience working in a manufacturing or agricultural equipment environment
n
Working knowledge of hydraulics and mechanical drive systems
n
Basic understanding of electrical components
n
Forklift licence
n
n
What We Offer

Salary range of $80,000 – $90,000 per annum, based on experience and skill level
