We're on the hunt for experienced, energetic Assistant Managers to join our venues across Sydney that are gearing up for the peak season. Natural leaders who thrive on the floor, love a busy service and those want to grow your career with a group that puts its people and community first.

THE ROLE
n
As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations—leading your team on shift, driving service standards, managing compliance and gaming obligations, and creating a great experience for every guest who walks through the door.

What you will bring:
n
n
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
n




Current RSA, ARCG and RCG certifications
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
n
A hands-on, community-first approach to service and guest experience
n
Excellent communication skills and a calm head under pressure
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
n
