The Role
n
You'll ideally have some payroll experience and be looking to take the next step in your career. This could be a great opportunity for someone who has had exposure to payroll processing and is keen to continue building their knowledge in a supportive team environment.

We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in developing their payroll skills.
n

Previous experience in a payroll or payroll administration role
n
Exposure to processing payroll, ideally in an end-to-end environment
n
Basic understanding of Australian payroll legislation, including PAYG, superannuation and Fair Work
n
Experience with payroll systems; Employment Hero experience would be highly regarded
n




Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
n
Comfortable working with numbers and payroll data
n
Good Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets
n
Ability to assist with payroll reconciliations and checking payroll data
n
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach when responding to employee queries
n
Highly organised and able to meet payroll deadlines and cut-off times
n
Someone who is keen to learn, develop and grow their payroll career
n
Payroll qualification or relevant study would be advantageous but is not essential
n
