Coastwide Child & Family Services is seeking a confident and capable OOSH Nominated Supervisor to provide leadership, operational support and compliance oversight across a portfolio of our OOSH services.
n
This is a hands‐on multi-site leadership rolecombining dedicated administration time with regular involvement in services and support from our broader leadership team.
n
About the Role
n
You will work closely with Responsible Persons and educators to ensure our OOSH services operate safely, consistently and in line with regulatory requirements.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing leadership and oversight across multiple OOSH services
n
Coaching and supporting Responsible Persons and educators
n
Monitoring compliance, supervision, ratios and child-safe practices
n
Supporting staffing, rosters and day-to-day service operations
n
Identifying risks or compliance gaps and ensuring actions are followed through
n
Supporting incident, complaint and regulatory processes
n
Maintaining consistent practices, documentation and service expectations
n
Building positive relationships with families, schools and communities
n
Contributing to continuous improvement across our OOSH services
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who understands how OOSH works in practice.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Demonstrated experience in OOSH / School Age Care
n
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations, NQS and My Time, Our Place
n
Practical experience with OOSH compliance and service operations
n
Robust leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
Confidence managing priorities across multiple services
n
A practical, solutions-focused approach
n
Diploma-level Children's Services/Education and Care qualification or recognised equivalent
n
HLTAID012 provide first aid in an education and care setting
n
CHCPRT025 identify and report to children and young people at risk
n
Current Working With Children Check
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
n
Ability to travel between Central Coast OOSH services as required
n
Previous experience as aNominated Supervisor, OOSH Coordinator or multi-site leader will be highly regarded.
