We are looking for a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Torquay clinic.

About the role
n
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be an important part of our patients' experience from the moment they contact us.
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n

Welcoming and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner
n
Answering a high volume of incoming phone calls
n
Booking and managing patient appointments
n
Processing patient registrations and Medicare details
n
Managing referrals and ensuring patient information is accurate
n
Liaising with doctors, patients and radiologists
n
Using medical and booking software systems
n
Managing payments and general administration
n




Working as part of a busy and supportive reception team
n
Providing a high level of customer service at every interaction
n

Previous medical reception or radiology experience is highly regarded, but is not essential. The right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important to us.

Due to the location of our Torquay clinic, a reliable car and current driver's licence are essential.
