Anglicare's Home and Community teams provide support provide guidance, leadership, quality management and technical support for the Administration Officers and Scheduling within the Administration team.
n
Our Toowoomba team is looking for a Lead Scheduler to join their team in a full time leave coverage position.
n
Selection criteria:
n
n
Scheduling experience, using an electronic data management system.
n
Prior scheduling experience in Procura or Alayacare is highly regarded but not mandatory
n
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, within the community service sector with particular skills in operational planning and resource management;
n
Demonstrated ability to actively lead and contribute to Quality Improvement activities within the Service
n
Demonstrated high level time management and organisational skills and attention to detail within a busy, high volume task environment.
n
Understanding of Community and Aged Care Funding (desirable).
n
n
Role requirements:

Current National Police Clearance OR NDIS Clearance
n
Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
n
