Randstad has partnered with a premier Tier-2 commercial builder to secure an experienced Contracts Administrator or Senior CA for a suite of landmark projects across the Gold Coast. Known for delivering high-caliber commercial, residential towers, and mixed-use developments, this client offers exceptional project exposure and a robust, locally-based leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Administer subcontract agreements, variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
Prepare tender packages, scopes of work, and expressions of interest.
Evaluate subcontractor submissions and prepare tender recommendation reports.
Assess and manage subcontractor claims, variations, and payment schedules.
Draft, issue, and execute subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
Support head contract administration and commercial risk management.




Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Experience Required
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator / Senior Contracts Administrator within the Australian commercial construction industry.
Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills.
Ability to work effectively within fast-paced project environments.
