Are you an experienced solar sales consultant ready to step into a role where the leads, product, and brand actually make it easy to close?

Fast payments same day as install weather job complete or not ( no waiting for customer payments or installer delays )

*****% conversion rate with warm, ready-to-buy customers

Uncapped commission structure – realistic OTE $250K–$350K+

What You'll Be Doing

Running in-home and pre-booked solar consultations
n
Presenting and selling residential solar PV & battery systems
n
Closing high-quality opportunities generated by our marketing team
n
Managing your pipeline and maximising conversions
n
Proven experience in solar sales (ESSENTIAL)
n
Strong closing ability in in-home or appointment-based sales
n
Knowledge of solar PV systems, batteries & energy savings
n
Ability to build rapport, handle objections and close confidently
n
Highly motivated, professional and results-driven
n

This is a commission-based solar sales role designed for high performers.

With our lead flow and systems, top reps are earning $300K–$350K+ annually.
